Lavender Festival-Cherry Valley

Recently, or shall I say in June, I attended the 14th annual Lavender Festival in Highland Springs Ranch and Inn in Cherry Valley, CA, about an hour outside of Los Angeles and it was amazing. Many acres of lavender were housed in the 123 Farm. 

It was lavender everything, from lavender flavored coffee, scones, lotion and even beer, which was delicious.

They also had live music and horse drawn carriages to tour the farm. I was really inspired by what I saw and most importantly sampled so I purchased some lavender leaves and got to work at home.
